New Delhi: As Parliament witnessed stormy scenes on the Telangana Bill on Day 1 of its Winter session, TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu alleged a Congress conspiracy in Andhra Pradesh.
"There is match-fixing between the Congress, Jagan Mohan Reddy (YSR Congress) and the Telangana Rashtra Samithi. The nation has to understand the conspiracy of Congress in Andhra Pradesh," Naidu said after meeting Uddhav Thackeray, the chief of Shiv Sena.
The meeting came amidst rumours that the TDP is inching closer to the right wing parties ahead of the Lok Sabha elections.
Naidu has maintained that he is seeking support for a united Andhra Pradesh. He met BJP leaders LK Advani and Sushma Swaraj on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, the TDP chief is expected to meet Narendra Modi, BJP's prime ministerial candidate.
