Tata Motors unveils the revamped Harrier facelift with stunning design upgrades and feature-rich interiors, starting at just Rs 15.49 Lakh.

Tata Motors has unveiled the revamped Harrier facelift, offering a fantastic starting price of only Rs 15.49 lakh (ex-showroom, India).

This transformation brings a wave of improvements to the exterior, interior, and an array of upgraded features, making the Harrier even more appealing to drivers.

Tata Harrier Facelift: Design

The Harrier’s front end has received a major facelift. It now flaunts a stunning new grille and a split headlight design, complete with a full-width LED light bar above the grille. The front bumper is thoughtfully divided into two sections, separated by a glossy black band.

Other design highlights include a revamped bumper and tail-lamp housing with new LED lighting elements. The SUV gets new designs for the 18- and 19-inch alloy wheels.

Tata Harrier Facelift: Features

Moving inside the cabin, the dashboard now boasts a mix of materials, including a textured top panel, sleek gloss black surfaces, and leatherette padding with contrasting stitching. A subtle LED ambient light strip adds a touch of elegance.

The SUV further comes with two infotainment touchscreen options – a 10.25-inch and a larger 12.3-inch, depending on the trim selection. The Harrier also introduces a touch-based panel for the HVAC controls in the center console, which is reminiscent of the one seen in the new Nexon and Nexon EV.

The safety kit comprises of up to 7 airbags, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), hill-hold control, and three-point seat belts equipped with reminders for all passengers, among other protective features.

Tata Harrier Facelift: Powertrain Options

Under the hood, the Harrier facelift retains its reliable 170 bhp, 350 Nm, 2.0-litre diesel engine, available with a 6-speed manual or automatic gearbox. The automatic gearbox is available from the Adventure+ variant onwards, offering a smoother driving experience. The Harrier now also features three terrain response modes – Normal, Rough, and Wet – and three driving modes (Eco, City, and Sports) to suit your preferences.

Tata Motors has embraced new ‘Persona-based’ trim names, with the Harrier now available in four core trims – Smart, Pure, Adventure, and Fearless – each featuring additional packages with features denoted by a ‘+’ or ‘A’ suffix.

Tata Harrier Facelift: Color Options

The Harrier facelift comes in six captivating colors, including Seaweed Green, Ash Grey, Lunar White, Pebble Grey, Sunlit Yellow, and Coral Red. The Dark edition variants exclusively offer the Oberon Black color option. Each trim comes with its own unique exterior and interior color combinations.

Tata Harrier Facelift: Rivals

The Harrier facelift is all set to take on its competitors, including the 5-seat Mahindra XUV700, diesel versions of the Hyundai Creta and Kia Seltos, MG Hector, and Jeep Compass.
