The Andhra Pradesh State Eligibility Test (AP SET) 2024 is scheduled to be conducted by Andhra University on April 28. Admit cards for the examination were released on April 19, and can be downloaded from the official website at apset.net.in. Candidates who have registered for the examination can obtain their admit cards by providing their login credentials such as mobile number or email address, and date of birth on the official website.
The AP SET 2024 will be conducted for hiring and promoting Lecturers/Assistant Professors in universities and colleges. The exam will comprise two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2, with a total of 150 questions. In Paper 1, there are 50 questions worth 100 marks, and in Paper 2, there are 100 questions worth 200 marks. Each paper has a duration of 3 hours. The exam will be conducted at various centers in Visakhapatnam, Kadapa, Rajamahendravaram, Nellore, Guntur, Anantapur, Kurnool, and Tirupati.
AP SET 2024 Admit Card: How to download
Step 1: Open the official website of AP SET i.e., apset.net.in.
Step 2: Fill in your login details including email ID and date of birth and then click on the Submit button.
Step 3: Your admit card will appear on the screen.
Step 4: Download and keep a printout of your admit card for future reference.
AP SET 2024: Registration Fees
For General and EWS categories, the fee was Rs 1200, while for BC category candidates, it was Rs 1000. SC/ST/PWD/Transgender categories had a reduced fee of Rs 700.
Registration for AP SET commenced on February 14, and the deadline to fill out the online application form without incurring a late fee was March 14. Candidates who submitted their applications after this date were required to pay a late fee of Rs 2,000 until March 25. Subsequently, a higher late fee of Rs 5000 was applicable for applications submitted until April 5.
