Lenovo Z2 Plus reportedly will be exactly similar to the Zuk Z2 smartphone, which was launched in China in May.

Lenovo is all set to launch its Z2 Plus smartphone in India on September 22. The Chinese electronics giant has sent media invites for the launch event of the same in New Delhi. The Z2 Plus reportedly will be exactly similar to the Zuk Z2 smartphone, which was launched in China in May. Lenovo has partnered exclusively with Amazon India to sell the device.

The Lenovo Z2 Plus will feature a 5-inch Full HD display along with a 13 megapixel f/2.2 rear camera with EIS and PDAF. For selfies, the device will offer an 8 megapixel f/2.2 front camera. Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor, the devi ce will reportedly be available in two memory capacities—3GB RAM/32GB internal memory and 4GB RAM/64GB inbuilt storage.

Both the variants offer two nano-SIM card slots with support for 4G connectivity on the primary slot. The smartphone is backed by a 3,500mAh battery with support for fast charging and features USB Type-C port. The device is said to come with India-centric smart health features along with a fingerprint scanner.

Lenovo had earlier introduced its first smartphone under its online-only ZUK branding, dubbed as ZUK Z1, at a price of Rs 13,499.

Also, Lenovo-owned Motorola today launched its affordable Moto E Power smartphone featuring a 5-inch 720p HD display based on Android Marshmallow at a price of Rs 7,999.
