Sai Ketan Rao has once again sparked relationship rumours with his Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali co-star, Shivangi Khedkar. The duo has been in the spotlight ever since Sai publicly expressed his feelings for Shivangi on Bigg Boss OTT 3. Shivangi Khedkar began her career by winning the title of Miss Pimpri Chinchwad in 2012. She made her television debut with the Hindi TV show Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali in 2021, alongside Sai Ketan Rao. In the show, she portrayed the role of Pallavi Deshmukh Rao, the wife of Raghav Rao. Her most recent project is Naam Namak Nishan on Amazon Mini TV.
