Bigg Boss 13 is renowned as one of the most talked-about seasons in the realm of controversial reality TV. Even four years after it aired, the show’s popularity and its celebrity participants continue to fuel discussions, keeping public curiosity alive about their personal and professional lives. One of the notable contestants, Paras Chhabraa, has been hosting a podcast on his YouTube channel, Abraa Ka Dabra Show, where he reconnects with fellow Bigg Boss 13 contestants and revisits memories from the show.
During his time on the show, Paras shared a close bond with Mahira Sharma, and their relationship continued after they left the house. The couple dated for nearly three years before ending their relationship last year. While the reason for their breakup was not publicly known before, Paras has recently opened up about it in one of his podcast episodes.
He said, “Main toh single hoon filhaal. Aap ke saamne he tha joh bhi tha relationship, joh shuru hua tha Bigg Boss mein. Ek joh tha joh continue hua 2-3 saal tak. Toh bus wohi live-in mein the hum, toh jaise maine kaha live-in ke zyaada tar relationship kharab he hote hain (I am currently single. Whatever relationship I had, which started in Bigg Boss, continued for 2-3 years. So, we lived in and as I mentioned, most live-in relationships are bad).”
To this, Shefali disagreed and said, “Aisa nahi hai, tumhara hogya. Maybe you were not meant to be.” Paras agreed with Shefali and noted, “Yes, you are right, maybe we were not meant to be together. But the time we spent together was valuable and taught me a lot in life.” Shefali then went on to add that she was very fond of Mahira and Paras, and always wished the best for both of them.
During the podcast, Paras also mentioned that he was no longer interested in dating. He added that he is focused on settling down and getting married. “Faltu controversy hoti rehti hai aur log mujhe playboy or casanova samajhte hai jabki mein aisa hoon hi nahi. mein podcast isliye kar rha hoon taaki logon ko samjh mein aaye ki mein aisa hoon nahi (There is always some controversy, and people think I’m a playboy or casanova. But in reality, I’m not like that. I’m doing this podcast so that people get to know me).”
