Air India Crew 'Drags' Passenger Off Flight In Viral Video. Here's What Happened

Disruptive behaviour on flights often necessitates immediate intervention. A similar incident was caught on camera on a recent Air India Express flight from Surat to Bengaluru. A video circulating on X shows cabin crew “dragging” a female passenger off the aircraft. She was reportedly uncomfortable sitting between two male passengers. According to a report, the individual who recorded the video alleged that the woman had pushed another passenger and abused the cabin crew. This chaotic situation led to a one-hour delay for the flight.

In the video, the woman expressed her discomfort, stating, “Boys ke beech mein comfort nahi hun,” to which an aircrew member responded, “Thik hai ma’am hum change karte hain, bahar ajaiye aap pehle. (Okay ma’am, we’ll change your seats, but first please step outside.)” The passenger was heard saying, “Boys ke beech mein bithake merko deboard kar rahe ho, chodo mujhe. (You are deboarding me while making me sit between boys, let me go.)”
