Why This 6-bedroom House On-sale In England Is Driving Potential Buyers Away
The house is quite beautiful to look at from the outside.

The Internet houses several unusual news stories that go viral on the internet every day. Recently, one such news has garnered everyone’s attention: a hoarder’s home is put on sale, but no one is willing to buy it, after checking the safety warnings. According to a report on the Daily Star News website, a six-bedroom house is ready for sale on the Isle of Wight, England. The hoarder’s home is stored with so many useful things that people did not buy after seeing them. The price of this house is a little more than Rs 4 crore. Although the price seems expensive, according to the report, this price is right considering the location at which the house is and what it looks like from outside. Despite this, people are not buying houses.

As reports suggest pieces of glass, a DVD player, books, board games, cushions, tray plates, etc. are scattered here and there throughout the house. The house is full of stuff. Along with this, there is so much garbage in the house that people coming to see it are strictly instructed to come wearing thick slippers or shoes; otherwise, their feet may get hurt.

It is strictly forbidden to bring children in the house because of the dirt, and they can also get hurt and cut, and the environment can have a bad effect on their health.

On the site where the house is listed, it is written that there is so much garbage and trash dumped with things that some rooms cannot be seen. Also, only those people who have an immediate emergency to shift can go to the house.

The listing reads: In need of substantial modernisation is this six-bedroom period property. Please note that only clients who are able to proceed with the purchase immediately are invited to view.

“Due to the condition of the property, some rooms are unviewable. We advise strong footwear when viewing. Floor plans etc. have been taken from previous media and no liability can be taken for accuracy as we are unable to gain access to some rooms. The vendors are needing a quick sale so offers and viewings from clients are in a position to proceed immediately.”

“On health and safety grounds, no children are allowed to visit the house”, they added.

Real estate brokers claim that many rooms are so disorganised and spread out that it is impossible to even assess their length or width.
