Birthday celebrations often feature cake, balloons and friends but US-based Zookeeper, Jay Brewer, decided to switch things up this year. Instead of a traditional birthday party, Brewer surrounded himself with a large number of massive pythons. Yes, you heard that right. For many, snakes are creatures to avoid at all costs but for Brewer, they are the stars of the show.
Brewer, known for his daring and educational reptile content on Instagram, often showcases his fearless interaction with these formidable snakes. In his latest video, he is seen lying among the gigantic pythons, making it almost impossible to count them all. In celebration of his birthday, he jokingly referred to the scene as a “snake party” and also expressed gratitude to his followers for their support throughout the reptile-filled journey.
“ITS A SNAKE PARTY It’s my birthday today so I wanted to tell everyone how much I appreciate all the love and show y’all the incredible party I threw. As you can see most of my friends were able to make it and we had a blast. Jokes aside another year around the sun for this old man just wanted to thank all of you who have followed me along my journey. Couldn’t have done without everyone of you. It’s been absolutely incredible and better than I could have ever imagined,” Brewer wrote in the caption.
Since posted a week ago, Brewer’s birthday bash featuring a sea of slithering pythons has taken the internet by storm, racking up more than 7 lakh views. The comment section buzzed with the variety of reactions from the social media users.
One user remarked, “Jay, you crack me up. snakes wishing you a Happy Birthday.”
Another quipped, “Oh hell nah I’ll be screaming for them to let me out.”
Others joined in on the fun too with an individual commenting, “Happy birthday! Did you have fun crashing the hen party? Er, I mean snake party?”
