Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday arrived in Brussels to attend the EU-India summit. Modi paid tribute to the victims of the Brussels terror attacks in which over 30 people, including an Indian, lost their lives due to “mindless violence”.
India and Belgium also vowed to work together to counter the “misuse” of religion by groups and countries for perpetrating terror acts, as they underlined the need for all nations to effectively deal with terrorism emanating from their soil or territories under their control.
