About the Professional Sleep Internship

Job Title: Professional Sleep Intern

Location: (WFB) Work From Bed

Duration: 2 months

Stipend: Rs 1 Lakh to Rs 10 lakh

What Does the Internship Involve?

Job Responsibilities:

• Sleeping diligently and regularly for 8-9 hours per night
• Managing a 20-minute power nap during the day is a definite plus
• Showing up every night at the specific (bed)time on the Wakefit provided free mattress, from the comfort of your home
• Might have to occasionally stretch sleeping hours during weekends for extended KPI achievement
• Attending workshops by experienced ‘sleep mentors’ to further improve their chances of being promoted to ‘sleep champion’

Ideal Candidates:

• Highly motivated: To jump into bed at the same time every night
• Value sleep-life balance: Excellent prioritisation of life activities around ideal bed time
• Disciplined: Exhibit unwavering discipline to avoid official calls, social plans, and the latest shows if they overlap with bedtime
• Handle pressure well: Ability to distribute all mental and physical pressures when sleeping on Wakefit’s state-of-the-art mattresses

• 22+ years of demonstrated love for sleep
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any subject, but PhD in meeting sleep quotas
