The Indian Army started accepting online applications for the Agniveer Recruitment 2024 on February 13. Those who are interested can apply by going to the official website at joinindianarmy.nic.in.
As per the official announcement, the deadline to fill out the registration for Agniveer Recruitment 2024 is March 22. The recruitment drive aims to hire 25,000 Agniveers under the government scheme.
This year, there are significant changes in the recruitment process. The position previously known as Agniveer Clerk is now called Office Assistant, and a typing test has been added to the selection process for the Office Assistant/Store Keeper Technical role. Now, candidates must also have studied English, Mathematics and Accountant/Book Keeping subjects in 12th grade to be eligible for these positions.
Apart from this, the Indian Army has introduced a new step in the Agniveer recruitment process: the Adaptability Test. This test evaluates candidates to see if they are suitable for the job. It looks at things like how well they can adapt, solve problems and handle pressure. The goal is to find people who can handle tough situations and be a positive part of the Indian Army.

As per the recent notification from the Indian Army regarding the Agniveer Recruitment 2024, a new component called the Adaptability Test (Adaptability Skills) has been introduced. This test will follow the written examination and typing test. Candidates will be allocated a total of 10 points for this assessment.
Agniveer Recruitment 2024: Candidates Permitted to Keep Smartphones
As outlined in the Agniveer recruitment notification by the Army, candidates are allowed to have smartphones with them during the Adaptability Test. However, the use of electronic gadgets and smartphones is strictly prohibited for the rest of the examination duration.
