The Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test (AP LAWCET) 2024 and AP PGLCET 2024 will be held on June 9, 2024, for admission to the 3-year LLB and 5-year LLM programmes, respectively. The registration process will begin soon. According to the notice, the registration period for AP LAWCET 2024 will commence tomorrow, March 26. The deadline to apply is April 25, 2024. How to Apply for AP LAWCET 2024?

Step 1 – Go to the official website: cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

Step 2 – On the homepage, click the AP LAWCET 2024 registration link.

Step 3 – Register and complete the application form.

Step 4 – Fill out the needed information and submit the appropriate documents.

Step 5 – To submit your application, pay the fees, then download and print the confirmation sheet for future reference.

AP LAWCET 2024: Application fees

Application fees differ depending on the category the candidate falls under. For AP LAWCET 2024, OC category students will have to pay Rs 900, BC will pay Rs 850, and SC and ST have to pay Rs 800. Moving on to AP PGLCET 2024 the application fees are Rs 1,000, Rs 950, and Rs 900 for OC, BC, SC, and ST respectively.

This entrance exam is held for applicants seeking admission to the 5-Year LL.B. / 3-Year LL.B. and Postgraduate Law programmes (LL.M. / M.L.), respectively. These courses are offered by state universities, constituent institutions, and affiliated colleges in Andhra Pradesh.

Candidates with a graduate degree with 45 per cent aggregate marks or equivalent examination from a recognised university are eligible for 3-year LLB courses, while those with 45 per cent aggregate marks in Class 12 are eligible for 5-year LLB.

The AP LAWCET 2023 was held on May 20, 2023, in one shift, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. The council published a provisional answer key for the exam in May. Candidates had the opportunity to submit their objections about the answer key between May 23 and May 25. The council prepared the final AP LAWCET 2023 result based on the complaints raised in the preliminary answer key.
