The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the Lot 2 re-evaluation results for Classes 10 and 12 for the year 2024. Students who applied for re-evaluation or verification of their answer sheets can now check their updated results on the official CBSE website: results.cbse.nic.in or cbse.gov.in. To access their results, students will need to enter their roll number and other login credentials.

The re-evaluation process included re-checking the marks by a different examiner, while verification focused on identifying any clerical errors in the totalling of marks. It’s important to note that the final marks may increase or decrease based on the outcome of the re-evaluation, and this revised result is considered final.

CBSE Revaluation Lot 2 Result 2024: How to check

Step 1: Visit the official website:results.cbse.nic.in or cbse.gov.in

Step 2: Click on the link for class 10 or class 12 re-evaluation/ verification results

Step 3: Enter your details like roll number, school number and other required credentials.

Step 4: Submit the information

Step 5: Your result will be available on the screen

Step 6: Download or print the result for future reference

The CBSE board announced the Class 10 and 12 examination results on May 13, 2024. The overall pass percentage was 93.60 per cent for Class 10 and 87.98 per cent for Class 12. Students who were dissatisfied with their marks applied for re-evaluation of their answer sheets. The results of these re-evaluations have now been released.

The Class 10 exams were conducted from February 15 to March 13, 2024, while the Class 12 exams took place from February 15 to April 2, 2024. Both sets of exams were held in a single shift from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM.

Along with the re-evaluation and verification results, CBSE has also conducted improvement and supplementary exams. Improvement exams are for students who have passed but wish to enhance their marks in one or more subjects. Supplementary exams are for students who did not pass one or more subjects and need to reappear to pass the board exam.

For Class 10, the improvement and supplementary exams were conducted from July 15 to July 22, 2024, while for Class 12, the exams took place on July 15, 2024. For more details about the improvement and supplementary exam results, candidates should regularly check the official CBSE website.
