Indian Railway NCR RRC Prayagraj 2023 Merit List Released, Steps to Download

The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), North Central Railway (NCR) Division, Prayagraj issued the merit list of qualified candidates for the Apprentice posts. Those who had appeared in the selection process for the 1,664 posts of apprentices can now check the merit list on the official website of NCR RRC Prayagraj at rrcpryj.org. The qualified candidates will next have to appear for the documentation verification. As per the notice, the document verification (DV) round will start today, December 28, 2023, and will conclude on January 4, 2024.

“The work of document verification under Act Apprentice 01/2023 was proposed to be done at the Railway Recruitment Cell, Prayagraj office, from 26.12.2023 to 04.01.2024. Due to administrative reasons, the said program is being extended from 28.12.2023 to 04.01.2024. The list of suitable candidates, cutoff, and admit cards will be available on the official website of this office www.rrcpryj.org from today, 26.12.2023,” reads the official notice.

Additionally, the notice states that candidates would not be given another chance if they did not show up for the document verification. In this regard, no claims or representations will be taken into account or approved.

Indian Railway NCR RRC Prayagraj 2023: Steps To Download Merit List

Step 1: Visit the official website of NCR RRC at rrcpryj.org

Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on ‘Act Apprentices Highlights’

Step 3: Then under the ‘Apprentices’ section, click on ‘Candidates list on 28.12.2023 and 29.12.2023’

Step 4: To view the merit list, click on the given link.

Step 5: The Indian Railway NCR RRC Prayagraj 2023 merit list will appear on the screen.

Step 6: Check your registration number, venue for the Document Verification (DV) round, and the date and time given.

The Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC) has currently declared the list of candidates for the interview dates of December 28 and 29, 2023. Candidates whose registration number appears in the merit list (PDF file) must report to the Railway Recruitment Cell office on Nawab Usuf Road near Balmiki Chauraha in Prayagraj. The PDF result also specifies the time at which the candidate must report to the venue.

The Apprentice Act’s mode of selection for training includes a merit list based on the average percentage of marks in Matriculation (minimum of 50 per cent aggregate marks) and the ITI exam, with equal weightage given to both. In the event of a tie, older applicants or those who passed the matriculation exam first will be given preference.
