Securing a job at the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is a prestigious achievement coveted by many. According to the official notification, there are 16 vacancies in total, with 10 positions available for the role of Assistant and 6 for Junior Personal Assistant.

However, exceptions apply for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (SC/STs), with the age limit extended to 33 years and for Other Backward Classes (OBCs), set at 31 years for reserved category posts.
Successful candidates selected through the ISRO Recruitment 2024 program will receive a salary ranging from Rs 25,500 to Rs 81,100 under level 4.
The selection process for ISRO positions will consist of a written examination followed by a skill test. Shortlisted candidates will be notified of the date, time and venue for the selection process.
Applicants for Assistant and Junior Personal Assistant positions are required to pay an application fee of Rs 500. Payment can be made online using various methods such as Internet Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, NEFT, Wallet, or offline through Challan at the nearest SBI Branch.
