Queens Park Rangers are three points behind Aston Villa and Wigan at the bottom.
London: Queens Park Rangers' new signings failed to kickstart the team's bid for Premier League survival as Norwich held the bottom team to a fourth straight draw on Saturday.
Adel Taarabt had a penalty saved in the second half by Norwich goalkeeper Mark Bunn, who continuously thwarted QPR in the 0-0 draw at Loftus Road.
QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar also pulled off a string of fine saves, notably at point-blank range from Wes Hoolahan, while Christopher Samba, who was bought for 12.5 million pounds ($20 million) on Thursday, was solid in the home defense. The point lifted Norwich eight points above the relegation zone. QPR are three points behind Aston Villa and Wigan at the bottom.
