- If you signed up on Android, unsubscribe through the Google Play Store.
- If you subscribed on an iPhone or iPad, unsubscribe through the App Store.
- If you signed up through BetterMe's website, you can unsubscribe through the BetterMe mobile app or at BetterMe.World.
Unsubscribing in the Google Play Store on Android
Open the Play Store app Android Google Play. This app icon has a sideways multicolored triangle icon. You can find this app on your Home screen, in the app drawer, or by searching. If you signed up for a free trial or started a BetterMe subscription on your Android phone or tablet, you'll usually need to cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon. You'll see either your Google profile photo or your initials at the top-right corner of the Play Store.
Tap Payments & subscriptions. You'll find this near the top of the menu.
Select your BetterMe subscription. The subscription's details will load on a new page. If you don't see BetterMe on this screen, you may have signed up through BetterMe.com. In this case, you'll need to unsubscribe using the BetterMe app or at BetterMe.World. If you don't see the subscription here, you might have subscribed with a different account and need to switch to that account to proceed.
Tap Cancel subscription. This option appears at the bottom of your subscription details.
Follow the on-screen instructions to cancel. If prompted, select a reason for cancellation, then tap Continue to proceed. When prompted, tap Cancel Subscription to confirm. As long as you cancel BetterMe 24 hours or more before the next billing date, you will no longer be charged for your membership. You can continue to use your subscription features until the final date in the billing cycle or trial. If you'd like to request a refund, you can do so in the Play Store. Tap your profile photo and go to Payments & subscriptions > Budget & order history, select your BetterMe purchase, and then tap Refund. Refunds can only be requested during your subscription period, so make sure you send your request before the final date of your billing cycle.
Unsubscribing in the App Store on an iPhone
Open your iPhone's Settings iPhone Settings App Icon. You'll find this grey gear app icon on your Home screen or by searching.
Tap your name. When you open Settings, your name and photo will be at the top of your screen.
Tap Subscriptions. You'll see this under "Payment & Shipping." Your current subscriptions will appear.
Tap your BetterMe subscription. The subscription's details and options will load. If you don't see BetterMe on this screen, you may have signed up through BetterMe.com. In this case, you'll need to unsubscribe using the BetterMe app or at BetterMe.World.
Tap Cancel Subscription. It's near the bottom of the page. As long as you cancel BetterMe 24 hours or more before the next billing date, you will not be charged again. You can continue to use your subscription features until the final date in the billing cycle or trial. If you want to request a refund, you can do so through Apple by visiting https://reportaproblem.apple.com and selecting I'd like to > Request a refund. Unsubscribing in the BetterMe App
Open the BetterMe app on your Android, iPhone, or iPad. If you signed up for a free BetterMe trial or started a subscription at BetterMe.com, you can unsubscribe using the BetterMe app on your phone or tablet.
Tap the More icon. You'll see these three horizontal lines at the bottom-right corner of the app.
Tap Help (iPhone/iPad only). If you have an Android, you can skip this step.
Tap Manage subscription. This opens your subscription details in a web browser window.
Tap Account. Additional options will appear.
Tap Subscriptions. You'll see a list of all paid subscriptions and trials connected to your account.
Tap Turn off auto-renewal and follow the on-screen instructions. You will not be charged again if you cancel BetterMe 24 hours or more before the next billing date. You can continue to use your subscription features until the final date in the billing cycle or trial. If you'd like to request a refund, send your request via email to [email protected]. Refunds can only be requested during your subscription period, so make sure you send your request before the final date of your billing cycle.
Unsubscribing at BetterMe.World
Sign in to https://betterme.world. If you signed up for BetterMe through their website, you can also unsubscribe from your membership there. This method will work on any device, including on your computer.
Click or tap Profile. It's the icon of a person's head and shoulders.
Click or tap Subscriptions. You'll see this option at the top of the page. Your BetterMe subscription details will appear.

Unsubscribing in the Google Play Store on a Computer
Go to https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions in a web browser. If you're not signed in to your Google account, you'll be prompted to do so now. If you subscribed to BetterMe on your Android, you're likely being billed for your subscription through the Play Store. If you don't have your Android handy, use this method to unsubscribe from your computer. Be sure to sign in with the Google account you use to access the Android on which you signed up for BetterMe.
Click Manage next to your BetterMe subscription. Your subscription details will appear. If you don't see your BetterMe subscription, you are not subscribed through this Google account.
Click Cancel Subscription. A list of cancellation reasons will appear.
Select a reason and click Continue. This cancels your BetterMe subscription. As long as you cancel BetterMe 24 hours or more before the next billing date, you will not be charged again. You can continue to use your subscription features until the final date in the billing cycle or trial. If you'd like to request a refund, you can do so in the Play Store. Click your profile photo and go to Payments & subscriptions > Budget & order history. Select your BetterMe purchase, click Report a problem, choose an option, and then click Submit.
Unsubscribing in the App Store on Desktop
Open the App Store app on your Mac iPhone App Store Icon. You'll find this on your Dock or Launchpad. If you signed up for BetterMe on your iPhone or iPad, you're being billed for your subscription through the App Store. You can cancel your membership from your computer if you don't have your phone or tablet handy. If you're using a Windows PC, you can open iTunes instead.
Click your Apple ID at the bottom. If you don't see it, click Sign In to log in with your Apple ID now. You'll need to be signed in with the same Apple ID you use on the iPhone or iPad on which you subscribed to BetterMe. If you're signed in with a different account, click the Store menu, select Sign Out, and then log in with the correct Apple ID. If you're using Windows, click Account in the iTunes menu bar, then select View My Account.
Click Account Settings. Your App Store settings will appear.
Click Manage next to "Subscriptions." Your current subscriptions will load.
Click Edit next to the BetterMe subscription. You'll now see your BetterMe subscription details, including the next billing date. If you don't see the subscription here, you have subscribed with a different account or signed up through the BetterMe website.
