Collect everything that's about your crush. Posters, CDs/DVDs, letters, photos, etc. Take everything in a box and take this box out of your room. You don't have to throw it all away, but take it away until you're over it.
Try not to talk about them. Ask people not to name them anymore when you're around. When people talk about your crush, you will suddenly be reminded about your crush. Just ignore the comments about them.
There's a new CD/DVD from them? There's an article/poster in a magazine? Don't buy it! You don't do yourself a favour if you do.
There will be things that will remind you of them. Try to relate these things to other people.
Don't comprehend other people with them. You have to set yourself free.
It's okay to cry. It's okay to think of them. - But be strong and go out and have fun with your friends after you had these days of pain.

Maybe you'll get back to old behaviours but then call a close friend and talk about your feelings. Or write down everything. Do something you've never done before, change something and believe in yourself.
Keep yourself busy. Keeping a busy schedule helps a lot. Spend time with friends and family, pick up a new hobby.
