Remove the lens from a magnifying glass. An optional choice would be to take a ruler and a Sharpie to make crosshairs
Cut a little slot into a toilet paper tube or PVC pipe.
Insert the lens.
Duct tape the slot shut.
Duct tape the scope onto the gun.
