Using Headers (Big Text)
Navigate to a chat. You can select a server or Direct Message from the side panel.
Use the code # before your text. Be sure to add a space after the code. This code will format the following text as a header (big text). The text should look like: # example text.
Enter your text and press ↵ Enter. If you're on mobile, tap the send arrow. This will send your message with the header (big) text. If you want to delete the message, right-click the message or tap and hold the message. Then, select Delete Message. Select Delete again.
Extra Formatting Tips
Use ## to create a medium-sized header. This creates text that is smaller than the biggest header, but still a lot bigger than the regular text size.
Use ### to create a smaller header. This makes a header that is just a bit bigger than the regular text size.
Use -# to create a tiny header. This is also known as subtext, and it can be used to add small captions to your images or disclaimers to announcements.
Use * at the beginning and end to italicize text. For example, *text* will look like text.
Use ** at the beginning and end to bold text. For example, **text** will look like text.
Use || at the beginning and end to spoiler text. When text is spoiler-warned, it will be hidden until the user clicks or taps on it.
