This wikiHow teaches you how to print a calendar directly from your iPad. You’ll also learn how to print your iPad’s calendar from your computer by syncing it to iCloud.
Steps

Using Print Calendar by VREAapps

Install the Print Calendar app from the App Store. This free app allows you to easily print your calendar from your iPad. Open the App Store iPhone App Store Icon. Search for print calendar. Tap Print Calendar by VREAapps. It’s the one with the calendar with a red bar that says “January” on top of a printer. Tap GET. Tap INSTALL.

Open Print Calendar. If you’re still in the App Store, tap OPEN to launch the app now. Otherwise, tap its icon on the home screen.

Tap OK on the pop-up. You’ll only have to do this the first time you run the app.

Select the date range to print. Tap the second icon at the top, which looks like a calendar with selected boxes, then select the dates you want to print. This filters and displays all activities/events for that time period.

Tap the printer icon. It’s at the top-right corner of the screen. The Printer Options screen will appear.

Select your printer. If your printer is not already listed next to “Printer,” tap Select Printer to select it now.

Select how many copies to print. The default is 1 copy, but you can use the buttons to increase this amount.

Tap Print. The calendar will be sent to your printer.

Printing from a Computer

Sync your iPad calendar to iCloud. If your calendar doesn’t already sync to iCloud, you’ll need to set that up first. Here’s how: Open your iPad’s Settings iPhone Settings App Icon. Tap your name at the top of the screen. Tap iCloud. Slide the “Calendars” switch to iPhone Switch On Icon.

Go to https://www.icloud.com in your computer’s web browser.

Sign in with your Apple ID. Be sure to use the Apple ID you use to sign into your iPad.

Click theCalendar app.

Select the month you want to print. If you want to print a specific event, click it to view its details.

Take a screenshot. The steps to do this vary by operating system. macOS: Press ⌘ Command+⇧ Shift+3. Windows: Press ⊞ Win+⎙ PrtScr.

Open the screenshot. If you’re using a Mac, double-click the screenshot’s icon on the desktop. If you’re using Windows, press ⊞ Win+e to open File Explorer, open the Pictures folder, then double-click the screenshot.

Click the File menu and select Print.

Select your print options. These options will vary by printer and operating system.

Click Print. The photo of your calendar will be sent to your printer.
