Enabling iCloud Drive
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad. Find and tap the iPhone Settings App Icon icon to open Settings.
Tap your Apple ID at the top. You can find your Apple ID name and picture at the top of the Settings menu. Tap on it to open your Apple ID menu.
Tap iCloud on the Apple ID menu. It's listed next to the iPhone iCloud Drive Icon icon.
Scroll down and slide iCloud Drive to iPhone Switch On Icon. This will enable iCloud Drive on your iPhone or iPad.
Sharing Files
Open the Files app on your iPhone or iPad. Find and tap the iPhone Files App icon to open Files.
Tap the Browse tab. It looks like a folder icon in the lower-right corner of your screen.
Tap iCloud Drive under Locations. This will open your iCloud Drive's contents.
Tap Select on the top-right. This will allow you to select all the files you want to share.
Select all the documents you want to share. Just tap a file here to add it to your selection.
Tap the iPhone Blue Share icon. It's in the lower-left corner of your screen. It will open your sharing options in a pop-up window.
Tap Add People in the pop-up window. This option looks like a figurehead icon on the bottom row. If you just want to share your files without an invitation to collaborate, you can select any app here, and send the selected file to your contacts.
Select how you want to invite your contacts. You can send an invitation via message or email. Optionally, you can customize your sharing settings by tapping Share Options at the bottom.
Enter the contacts you want to invite. Depending on your invitation method, you can select contacts from your address book, or enter your contact's phone number or email address.
Send your sharing invitation. Your contacts will be able to share the file and collaborate when they accept your invite.
