2 percent sports quota in Government jobs

Follow us:WhatsappFacebookTwitterTelegram.cls-1{fill:#4d4d4d;}.cls-2{fill:#fff;}Google NewsSportspersons in the state will now get a two per cent quota for direct recruitment in government departments.Orders were issued giving guidelines for recruitments under sports quota by the Youth Advancement, Tourism and Culture (Sports) Department here on Thursday.The reservation for meritorious sportspersons ia applicable for all posts in state government departments, educational institutions, local bodies, corporations, boards, authorities, grandhalaya samsthas, market committees and other government- funded establishments.Candidates must possess the requisite academic and technical qualifications wherever necessary for getting government jobs.
