346 officers transferred

BNAGALORE: The Police Establishment Board (PEB) met on Thursday under the chairmanship of DG IGP and transferred 346 inspectors with immediate effect.
All transfers were made at a meeting convened at short notice and officers of Bangalore city were either transferred to adjacent police stations or within the same sub divisions. However, many officers in state intelligence, CID and SCRB have not been offered executive positions.
