ADP Private Limited celebrated its 13th Company Day, marking the completion of 13 successful years of its operation in India. Over 4000 associates came together at the Hyderabad International Convention Center (HICC), Hyderabad on Sunday to celebrate the occasion.
This Company Day, the company has chosen ICON (Innovation Comes On Naturally) as the theme for its 13th year of operations in India. Every year, the company comes up with one theme, that lasts for the whole year. The celebrations included a teaser poster campaign on ADP Core Values and several team based activities where associates were formed into 7 different teams based on the ADP values.
Also followed a project showcasing session, in-house performances by employees and an award function. Special awards called i2 are given out for best innovations, recognition for ADP sports members, CSR awards and awards for most valuable referrals are also given on this occasion. Astounding performances by Rave rock band of ADP and one-of-a kind fashion show musical by the kids of ADP’s CSR initiative MIDAS (Making an Impactful Difference at Schools) created an upbeat atmosphere.
