Auto driver kills two children

CHITTOOR: An auto driver murdered two innocent children after abducting them to cover up his illicit relationship with the mother of one of the victims in Yadamari mandal on Monday night.According to police, Hemanth Kumar (6), son of Murali, a truck driver of Perakur, was studying UKG at Vishnupriya School at Yadamari, while Lasya (8), daughter of Venkateswarlu, a farmer, was a class III student.Saravana, an auto driver of Dasarapalli, is a relative of Murali. Saravana who used to visit their house frequently, had developed an illicit relationship with Radha. Suspecting that Hemanth might inform his illicit relationship with Radha to others, Saravana had decided to eliminate the boy.He went to Hemanth’s school on Monday evening and asked the boy to board his auto. Lasya saw Hemanth boarding the auto of Saravana. Soon he forcibly took away Lasya also in his auto.Later, he took the duo into the forest at Mogili Ghat, murdered them and set the bodies ablaze.
