Director Pawan Kumar of 'Lifeu Ishtene' fame has bagged an international award even before completion of his film 'Lucia'. 'Lucia' has been awarded a 'Creative New Business Idea Award' by British Council.
'Lucia' which is under production, was one among the 150 films in the contest for the novel approach in accruing funds for the film. The creative thought of Pawan Kumar of getting 110 persons as producers for the film was one of the the pivotal point.
"The award presentation celebration will take place in the second week of October 2012" says Pawan Kumar. He will share the film experience in the event. The British Council is also expected to support the film 'Lucia'.
'Lucia' has completed 60 percent of shooting. Ninasam Satish plays the lead. All characters in this film will be in double role. Two songs are penned by Yogaraj Bhat. Poorna Chandra is the music director.
