Charges framed against Ali in Imrana case

New Delhi: The district sessions court on Thursday framed charges against Ali Mohammed who has been accused of raping his daughter-in-law Imrana.

The case was adjourned till December 22 after framing of the charges against the accused who is in judicial custody following rejection of bail plea.

Police earlier filed a chargesheet against Mohammed in the case. Imrana has alleged that she was raped by Ali.

A local community panchayat later declared that the victim should treat her husband as her son.
