Congress leader and former MP CM Digvijaya Singh has expressed his unhappiness over Congress candidate fielded against Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
"Party had planned to field a strong candidate against Shivraj Singh Chouhan. However, they were very late in taking their decision. The planning was not done very well this time," said Digvijaya Singh.
Shivraj Singh Chouhan is contesting from two seats- Budhni and Vidisha. Congress candidates contesting from Budhni and Vidisha are Mahendra Singh Chouhan and Shashank Bhargava respectively.
Talking on MP CM contesting elections from two seats, Digvijaya Singh said it could be a well planned move on his part.
"Maybe, BJP would have refused Shivraj's wife a ticket for assembly polls. He might have given his name to keep one of the two seats vacant," he said.
