The Delhi government, meanwhile, has filed a fresh review petition in the National Green Tribunal (NGT) supporting exemptions to women and two-wheeler riders in the odd-even plan. The city is also witnessing a protest led by rebel AAP MLA Kapil Mishra and BJP MLA Manjinder Singh Sirsa at 11 Murti against alleged lack of spending by the Arvind Kejriwal government to tackle rising pollution.
