Guwahati molestation: India reacts

A teenage girl was molested in full public view by a mob of 20 men. A video of the incident was recorded by a journalist and 13 of the men have been identified of which four have been arrested. The incident has sparked outrage across the country and Twitter is also full with tweets denouncing the reprehensible act.
