Hearing on Prerana case posted

HUBLI: The Central Empowered Committee (CEC) has posted next hearing on the issue of alleged bribery by some mining companies to Prerana Educational and Social Trust, belonging to kin of former CM B S Yeddyurappa, to April 11, said president of Samaja Parivartan Samudaya (SPS) S R Hiremath.He also said that Yeddyurappa, Adani Enterprises Ltd and JSW Steel Ltd are expected to make their submissions, if any, before CEC by April 9.He said here on Monday that the CEC heard the interlocutory application by the SPS on March 20 about AEL and JSW Steel Ltd’s alleged kickbacks to Prerana Trust.AEL, JSW and SPS have to make their submissions by April 9.The hearings are being conducted in concordance with the Supreme Court’s direction
