Mumbai: Former media tycoon Indrani Mukherjea's bail order is likely to be out on Wednesday at 5 PM. Indrani is seeking bail on medical grounds. Arguments on the merits of the case will take place again on Wednesday morning.
However, the CBI lawyer on Friday opposed the bail and said that many doctors have examined her and submitted reports as per which her health seems normal. The reports claim that her blood pressure and other reports are normal and is facing no serious ailments. The lawyer maintained that Indrani is uncomfortable in the jail as she is used to a lavish life in the past.
Commenting over her weight loss, the lawyer said there was nothing to worry and decline in her weight was because she does yoga and relaxation therapy. He told the court that she is being fed protein rich diet, dry fruits, boiled vegetables etc. She is also being provided security and she is safe and sound.
The CBI lawyer told the court that she has done a heinous crime of murdering her own daughter and if granted bail, she will tamper with evidence and influence witnesses.
