In an earlier hearing, her lawyer Mahesh Jethmalani had argued that the statement of eight doctors panel submitted on February 21-22, was as per the medical report of January and not her "subsequent deteriorating condition".
Behind bars in connection with her daughter Sheena Bora's murder, former media tycoon Indrani Mukherjea's bail plea has been rejected. She had applied for bail on medical grounds.

He had stated that Indrani's problems were not getting resolved which is a cause of concern and appealed for examination of her latest health condition. Jethmalani had said that they don't dispute anything and have no grievances against any report and want a physician, neurologist and cardiologist to examine her.
