Karnataka: Misty-eyed BSY sends out warning
In the coming days, I will show what this Yeddyurappa is capable of, the ex-Karnataka CM warned his detractors.

BANGALORE: Sending out a clear message to his detractors, both within and outside the BJP, former chief minister B S Yeddyurappa  said, “My silence till now should not be construed as weakness. Those who are trying to pull me down cannot succeed. My blood has started to boil and in the coming days, I will show what this Yeddyurappa is capable of.”Yeddyurappa grew emotional prior to his speech at a function organised by Karnataka Rajya Savita Samaja (KRSS) to felicitate him here on Tuesday, before recovering. “If others don’t have the potential to grow, why are they hindering my development?” he asked.Mentioning that the Opposition and his own partymen conspired against him, he said, “Time will teach a lesson to such persons... I have nothing to fear.”On his frequent visits to temples, he said,  “I do not pray for myself, I only ask God to help me overcome ‘torture’ from my detractors.” In an apparent swipe at his successor D V Sadananda Gowda, he claimed: “Had I presented the state budget, I would have given importance to education.”Urging members of the Savitha community to give good education to their children, he said, “Educate them and do not impose your family businesses on them.”Housing Minister V Somanna, who was also present, said that a list of the homeless will be prepared and houses will be constructed for them.
