New Delhi: Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep is all set to make his Tamil debut with Kollywood's forthcoming film directed by Chimbudevan.
According to Oneindia report, this movie features Tamil superstar Ilayathalapathy Vijay in lead role and Kiccha Sudeep will play the antagonist.
The title of the fantasy movie has not yet been decided and is on with its working title 'Vijay 58'. The shooting is likely to start in July 2014. Kiccha Sudeep is apparently being paid Rs 6 Crore for his Tamil debut and this has not only made him the highest paid Kannada actor, but also the highest paid South Indian actor in a language other than his own.
Apparently, Chimbudevan had made the characters keeping Vijay and Sudeep in his mind. And the director calls them as the perfect match for the role.
Director Chimbudevan had to wait for Sudeep before he accepted the role, because he was busy with 'Maanikaya'. Buzz has it that actress Sridevi will also be a part of the movie.
