Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and Guneet Monga's Sikhya Entertainment will produce the remake.
Mumbai: Mohit Suri has been roped in to direct the Hindi remake of hit 2011 French comedy-drama 'The Intouchables'.
Karan Johar's Dharma Productions and Guneet Monga's Sikhya Entertainment will produce the remake.
Johar took to Twitter to announce the collaboration with Monga.
"Guneet Monga (Sikhya Entertainment) and Dharma Productions will co-produce the Official remake of Intouchables... Directed by Mohit Suri...," Johar tweeted.
This is the first time that Johar will be teaming up with the 'Aashiqui 2' director. Suri is also making his debut in comedy after doing a series of suspense thrillers.
