Mumbai: A 25-year-old man has been arrested by the Mumbai crime branch for sending a text message threatening to kill Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The message was sent to the the Grievance SMS Cell of Mumbai Police. In the message, he had also warned of bomb blasts in the city.
According to Mumbai Crime Branch, the arrested youth has been identified as Satyaprakash Kalwani. He is a a resident of Bhayandar in Maharashtra. He is said to be a habitual offender and has made similar threats in the past.
A case has been registered against Kalwani.
