Mumbai: Former Board of Control for Cricket in India chief Jagmohan Dalmiya will be questioned on Tuesday by the economic offence wing of Mumbai Police.
On March 23, the Bombay High Court had ordered Dalmiya to be present before the officers.
He is being questioned regarding charges filed by BCCI for mis-appropriation and siphoning of the Board's funds to the tune of Rs 21 lakh rupees.
The funds relate to the 1996 cricket world cup that was jointly organised by India, Pakistan and Sri Lanka
Former BCCI Secretary SK Nair and the former Board treasurers Jyoti Bajpai and Kishore Rungta are expected to accompany Dalmiya for the questioning.
