Superstar Rajinikanth is not only a style icon but has always entralled his fans with his performances. While he is known for his iconic voice it is surprising to note that Rajinikanth however, has never sung for Hindi audience.
This is for the first time that Rajinikanth will surprise his fans as he will render his voice in the Hindi version of a song for his much awaited film 'Kochadaiyaan'. The film is directed by his daughter and filmmaker Soundarya.
The music of the bilingual (Hindi and Tamil) 'Kochadaiyaan' has been composed by Oscar winner music maestro A R Rahman.
It is interesting to note that Rajinikanth had earlier sung for the celebrity composer, but it is for the first time that Tamil superstar will croon in Hindi for a song composed by AR Rahman.
The Tamil lyrics of the song have been written by writer-lyricist Vairamuthu and the Hindi lyrics are written by Irshad Kamil.
According to sources, the song is based on Rajini's beliefs and philosophy: "Man loves land but over the time, due to his greed for more, the land grabs him".
Apparently, the song is said to be more or less like a recitation.
