Finance Minister Rajendra Prasad Singh placed the third supplementary budget amid din in the House. The departments getting major share of the supplementary budget is Rs 350 crore for road construction, Rs 322 crore for rural development, Rs 155 crore for panchayati raj and Rs 170 crore for civil aviation.
Meanwhile, the opposition demanded a reply from Chief Minister Hemant Soren on the reason behind the dismissal of Chandra Sekhar Dubey from his Cabinet on Wednesday.
