HYDERABAD: A software engineer, who’s marriage was scheduled for Saturday, was killed in an accident on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) at Narsingi on Friday.The victim, Ch Lenin (32), was a resident of BN Reddy Colony near Vanasthalipuram and was working with the TCS. Lenin’s marriage was scheduled for Saturday at Yadagirigutta.He was driving back to his house in his car in the afternoon when he met with the accident.Narsingi police said workers parked a van on the roadside and were undertaking painting works on that stretch of the ORR. Lenin crashed his car into the stationary van leading to his instant death.“The van was parked on the roadside and it was Lenin’s vehicle which crashed into it. He might be driving at a high speed and lost control over the vehicle,’’ Narsingi police inspector P Narayana said. The family members were informed and the body shifted to a hospital. Meanwhile, a worker sitting in the van was injured.
