It will be promoted by Kavin Media and Ster Kinekor cinemas who were the ones behind the release of 'Billa 2' and 'Maattrraan' in the country. This is certainly great news for Vijay fans living in South Africa, who would have been waiting for an opportunity to see the AR Murugadoss directed film.

'Thuppakki' will be making an appearance across major cities in South Africa, including Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town.
