Actress Sri Reddy’s Now-deleted Suicide Post Grabs Internet’s Attention

Sri Reddy is a well-known actress in the Telugu film and television industry. The actress marked her debut in 2011 with Nenu Naana Abaddam and has worked in Aravind 2 and Zindagi. Recently, the sensational star has become the centre of attraction following the assembly elections of Andhra Pradesh in 2024. After YS Jagan Mohan Reddy conceded defeat, Sri Reddy once again gained attention and created a stir after she reportedly mentioned suicide. In 2024, the people of Andhra Pradesh opted for a coalition, as the Telugu Desam Party (TDP) formed an alliance with the Jana Sena Party (JSP) and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) under the NDA alliance. Both Pawan Kalyan and Chandrababu Naidu received immense votes and defeated YSRCP. The NDA secured a sweeping win with 164 seats while YSRCP managed just 11 out of 175 seats.

After the election results, the video of Sri Reddy surfaced where she fiercely supported YSRCP and warned against targeting anyone who is associated with YS Jagan Mohan Reddy is doing the rounds of the internet. When she saw the tables turning in Andhra Pradesh’s election scenario, it left her shocked. Following the defeat of YSRCP, she made some comments against CM Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan and other ministers like Nara Lokesh. After the coalition government came to power, several people filed a police complaint against the actress demanding strict actions against her.

Now, reportedly, Sri Reddy expressed her frustration and posted a message on social media, which left everyone shocked. Her now-deleted post post about considering suicide has created quite a stir on social media. Reportedly, she claimed to be mentally disturbed and could not bear the “torture” anymore. She also added that only “Goddess Bhadrakali” would be able to save her as she was having thoughts of ending her life. Further, she stated that if she dies by suicide, the media, TDP and JSP parties would be responsible.

The tweet also mentioned that she did not know how many more days she would live and despite trying every way to get out of the bad situation, she seemed unable to do so. TSri Reddy acknowledged that a few might find her situation laughable.
