Alia Bhatt Looks Like a Dream in Red Saree, Shares Pictures From Her Friend's Wedding

Actress Alia Bhatt, who recently attended her friend Rhea Khurana’s wedding as a bridesmaid in Jaipur, took to Instagram to share pictures from the event. In the photos, Alia looked stunning in a red saree as she posed with her best friends, including Guilty actress Akansha Ranjan Kapoor.

Marking the special event, Alia captioned the pictures with a line from Ed Sheeran’s song ‘Photograph.’ “we keep this love in a photograph, we make these memories for ourselves (sic),” she wrote.

Recently, a video of Alia dancing at the wedding went viral. The actress was seen performing at the stage as she and her friends grooved to Badshah’s track Genda Phool, originally picturised on Jacqueline Fernandez.

Meanwhile, Alia recently took to social media to inform her worried fans that she had tested negative for Covid-19 after her boyfriend and Brahmastra co-star Ranbir Kapoor tested positive. Moreover, her Gangubai Kathiawadi director Sanjay Leela Bhansali also acquired the Coronavirus. Alia was working on both the projects simultaneously.

Meanwhile, her next release in Gangubai Kathiawadi, arriving in cinemas on July 30. It will clash at the box office with Prabhas starrer biggie Radhe Shyam.

Gangubai Kathiawadi is based on a book and is inspired by the real life story of Gangubai Harjivandas . It will chronicle her life and times as she rose from a life of sex work to becoming a powerful woman in her area Kamathipura.

She will also be seen in SS Rajamouli’s RRR, Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra, Karan Johar’s Takht and her first production venture Darlings.
