Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma was seen enjoying a dinner outing with her husband, cricketer Virat Kohli. The couple, who recently welcomed their son, stepped out just days Virat is schedule to head to the US for the upcoming T20 World Cup. Virushka, as the fans fondly call them, were joined by close friends Zaheer Khan and wife Sagarika Ghatge. While photos and videos of them stepping out of a Mumbai restaurant have already gone viral, a new inside photo from the dinner outing has surfaced online.
In the photo shared on Instagram, Virat and Anushka were seen posing with the staff. Anushka was seen wearing a white shirt with a pair of jeans whereas Virat looked handsome in black. They flashed their big smiles for the camera. Check out the photo below:
Earlier this month, Anushka Sharma made her first public appearance since welcoming her son, Akaay, with Virat Kohli. RCB star Faf du Plessis shared a photo of Anushka celebrating her birthday with him and Virat Kohli. The actress turned 36 on May 1 and hosted a small gathering in Bengaluru.
Anushka and Virat announced the arrival of their second child in February this year. Back then, they issued a statement which read, “With abundant happiness and our hearts full of love, we are pleased to inform everyone that on February 15, we welcomed our baby boy Akaay and Vamika’s little brother into this world!”
Meanwhile, on the work front, Anushka Sharma will next be seen in Chakda Xpress. It is a biopic on the life of cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The movie also marks her comeback to film after six years. She was last seen in Zero with Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. The upcoming sports drama will be released on Netflix.
On the other hand, Virat will join Rohit Sharma, Hardik Pandya, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Suryakumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant (wk), Sanju Samson (wk), Shivam Dube, Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel, Kuldeep Yadav, Yuzvendra Chahal, Arshdeep Singh, Jasprit Bumrah, and Mohd. Siraj in the USA to play the T20 World Cup.
India is a part of the Group A line in the tournament. They share the group with arch-rivals Pakistan, Ireland, Canada and co-hosts USA. Their first match will take place on June 5. They face Ireland at the newly-constructed Nassau County International Cricket Stadium in New York. India then faces Pakistan on June 9.
