Arti Singh Posts Video of 'Teary-eyed' Krushna Abhishek from Her Sangeet: 'You Did Your Duties Well'

Arti Singh shared an unseen video of her brother and birthday boy Krushna Abhishek from her sangeet ceremony. Krushna turned a year older on May 30. To mark the special occasion, Arti penned a heartfelt tribute to the actor-comedian and shared a glimpse of his moving performance on her sangeet.

In the video, Krushna danced to popular song ‘Kesariya’ before giving an emotional speech on stage. Sharing the video, Arti wrote, “Main tera hisaa hun aur tu mera hissa hai… happy birthday abbu shake. I love u more than u know. When I was getting married I felt I’m leaving my child behind. U are my best friend my brother my father also . U have done your duties very well. U are my soulmate. Mera khyal rakhne ke liye. Mujhe kabhi kisi cheez ki kami na hone dene ke liye thank u. Arti Singh’s wedding grabbed a lot of headlines, thanks to Govinda who made a surprise appearance at the ceremony and buried hatchet with his nephew, Krushna. Talking to the media about the wedding, Govinda told Instant Bollywood, “Ishvar se praarthana hai, jo kripa Arti par hui hai kisi prakaar ka vastu dosh na lage (I pray for her wellbeing and may god protect her from evil eyes).” Arti tied the knot with Navi Mumbai-based businessman Dipak Chauhan in the presence of their family members and close friends. She looked stunning in a red bridal lehenga, while her husband complemented the actress in white-coloured sherwani.

Krushna Abhishek also got emotional as he spoke about Govinda attending Arti’s wedding. “Maama aaye bahut khushi hui. I was so happy to see him. Wo dil ki baat hai. Humara emotional connect hai,” he told Instant Bollywood.
