Responding to a question about Salman Khan’s nature and if he was strict, Daisy stated during an interview with the Bollywood Bubble, “He is not at all strict. He is very sweet. He is very helpful. If you are working with him he is the person you can go and talk to about everything.”
Salman Khan is celebrated for his strong connections within the Bollywood community. When asked if Salman was there for her during tough times, Daisy shared, “Once I went to the US for some work and I was stuck there for something and I had to call him and he arranged everything for me. He called his friend to help me and his friend called me. He got me out of the situation. If you call him with any problem, if it is in his power, he will make sure that you are out of it.”
Daisy also shared an important lesson she learned from Salman, “He says that it is important to work on yourself, rest all can be managed. The biggest project you should work on should be yourself. For me the biggest inspiration and the person whom I have learnt a lot from is Salman Khan. I can’t deny that. When he cast me for his film, he taught a lot about the life of an actor.”
‘Jai Ho’, directed by Sohail Khan and released under Sohail Khan Productions, also starred Tabu, Danny Denzongpa, and Aditya Pancholi, alongside Salman and Daisy. The film was a financial success, earning Rs 195 crore in India, demonstrating its popularity among audiences.
