Looks like breakup wave has hit our favourite celebrities in Hollywood. After, Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris called it quits and Zyan Malik and Gigi Hadid decided to go separate ways, another 'It' couple Demi Lovato and boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama have broken up.
The couple broke up 6 years after dating each other. Lovato announced on her Instagram late Friday night, "This was an incredibly difficult decision for both of us, but we have realized more than anything that we are better as best friends. We will always be supportive of one another. Thank you to everyone who has offered us kindness and support over the years," the Instagram says, which is signed from the two of them."
Demi and Wilmer met at a Voto Latino shoot in 2010, and has been through thick and thin all these years. Wilmar stood by Demi as she made her way through drug abuse and eating disorder. The couple broke up for a short while in 2012, but got back together. Let's hope they plan on doing the same this time too.
